Homebred filly, FROZEN SOLID, cashes in first win of the year for owners Jim & Susan Hill.

Margaux raised and trained filly, Frozen Solid, took race 3 at Gulfstream for owners, Jim and Susan Hill on January 6th, 2023. This marks their first win of the year and a special one that the filly was bred and raised by Jim and Susan at Margaux Farm out of their multiple G2 winning mare, Solid Appeal.

Emperor’s Appeal, a half brother to Frozen Solid, also broke his maiden second time out in December for trainer, Brian Lynch.

The filly, also trained by Brian Lynch, went 5 furlongs over the turf with a final time of 56.59.
