Sharp Sensation Scores on Dirt

Sharp Sensation scored his first victory on dirt in the Bet On Sunshine Stakes at Churchill Downs on November 1st. Coming off a third place finish in the Woodword S. (G3) at Keeneland, the bay gelding switched from long-time running surface of synthetic and turf to test out the dirt. This marked his third stake victory on three different surfaces.  

His previous stake victories came this year in the Turf Monster H. (G3) at Parx Racing and the Karl Boyes Memorial Stakes at Presque Isle Downs. The son of Sharp Humor brought his career number of wins to six and earnings to $405,134. 

Freshened at Margaux Farm, 4-year-old Sharp Sensation is trained by Canadian based Reade Baker and owned by Jim and Susan Hill.
