Classy Grey Lassy dominated the field in her first start, a maiden special weight, at Fair Grounds on March 20 for owner BHMFR, LLC and trainer Michelle Lovell. The four-year-old filly by Silver Train broke well from the gate and drew off down the stretch to beat the field by 11 lengths in an eye catching performance. A graduate of Margaux Farm’s training program, Classy Grey Lassy was a $6,500 purchase out of the 2013 Keeneland January Sale.
