2-year-old filly, Savannah Belle, won a maiden claiming race at Churchill Downs on Sunday, November 6. It was the second start for the bay Discreetly Mine filly that placed second in her first career start at Keeneland on October 23. The Margaux starting and training graduate is owned by Mike Schmeling and Heather Sparks, and is trained by Eddie Kenneally. She was ridden to victory under jockey Brian Hernandez Jr.
