Margaux Graduate Not to Worry Impresses on Debut

Margaux Farm training graduate Not to Worry delivered a standout performance in his first career start, earning ‘TDN Rising Star’ honors with an eye-catching victory at Fair Grounds.

Trained by Cherie DeVaux, Lael Stable homebred 3-year-old colt by Street Sense out of Madame Milan (by Bernardini), showed both professionalism and raw ability despite an eventful trip. After breaking a bit slow, Not to Worry found himself navigating traffic on the turn before tipping to the far outside in the stretch. He came rolling home, finishing with authority to take the six-furlong maiden special weight by 1 ¾ lengths in 1:09.57.

Not to Worry’s debut highlighted the kind of progression and foundation that begins during early development. At Margaux Farm, the focus remains on preparing young horses both physically and mentally for moments like this, allowing them to step onto the track ready to perform.

We’re proud to see another graduate make an impact at the races and grateful to his connections for trusting us with his early training.
